We started this blog into order to allow Cardfight! Vanguard enthusiasts in Singapore a convenient way to look for specific cards that they want without going through the trouble of hunting for them one by one. We hope that by doing so, more people are able to enjoy Cardfight! Vanguard in Singapore fully! We also provide a variety of other services such as preordering upcoming products and organising tournaments.

ReplyDeleteHi, we originally organised this tournament as we found out that there are very little or almost no places that cater to the English Cardfight! Vanguard Players. There are many other tournaments that allow you to use Japanese Cards.

Deleteas we find that most of the players play the japanese version, japanese tournaments are held all around singapore but english players have very little choice when they want to enter a tournament. Therefore, we've decided to make an english only tournament to support english players.

DeleteHi, There's no need to be ashamed of anything. You can just join the tournament if you have a English deck. or just join us and play casually if you do not have one. We are all here just to have fun! There is nothing shamefully to have fun. :)

Hi, you should be able to choose from most of the boosters that are available.
ReplyDeleteprize for 2nd or 3rd will most probably be 2 booster packs as well, but if the turn out is good there may be more.
You will have just to take it in good faith that the boosters are not scaled or felt. However, we had been organising the tournament for almost close to a year and our number of participants are only increasing.

I'm just wondering if it's OK if I substitute that single card for its Japanese variant in my deck? In case if you're curious, the particular card is Lop Ear Shooter.

Do our cards need to be covered with card holders? Will it be fine if I dont use it? I dont own card holders and also would not like to buy some. Im savin money to buy booster packs

Do you think that you can hold a cardfight tournament only for girls? Cause I think that really, many girls play cfv, but are too ashamed to show it, since its a boys game and all. If you try it, you might just have loads of girls participating from all over Singapore!

We do believe that vanguard is a game where demographics do not matter.
Whether your're male, female, young or old it doesn't matter as long as you have fun card fighting !!

We do the English tournament as such as we find that the English scene is not as competitive as the Japanese. For our upcoming Japanese tournament, we'll be doing a competitive one as like what you have suggested.
